We take our customer care very seriously.  While our aim is to make our website easy to understand, and navigate we know there are times when you may need a bit of assistance.

We have provided a number of ways for us to help you:

We will try to respond to you within 24 hours on regular business days.  All email correspondence is completely confidential.  Keep in mind that we do NOT answer specific questions relative to header and/or exhaust system design and/or construction/selection over the phone unless you intend to spend at least $100.00 on parts as answering technical questions THOROUGHLY and ACCURATELY usually involves considerable time.  It is much better for you to take advantage of our HEADER DESIGN ADVICE SERVICE ($64.95 - with ALL or most of that charge credited against a purchase depending on the size of the order and HOW FAST you place the order).  Using that SERVICE allows us enough time to thoroughly address your concerns as well as our concerns.  There is a HEADER QUESTIONAIRE (close to 100 questions) in our Header Design INFOPAK that has to be filled out and then sent to us (along with Credit Card payment information) if you intend to take advantage of our HEADER DESIGN ADVICE SERVICE.  You can look at a slightly different version of that Header Questionnaire on our website that can be used in case you do NOT want to purchase the Header Design INFOPAK (but you will also be missing a lot of very good header design information).

 

Note that in some cases we may NOT answer your Email if we are busy AND we can't help you (for example:  Right now - on our HOME page - it states we are not building headers nor accepting orders for headers so if someone sends us an Email asking about headers for their car, chances are we won't answer that person's Email because we can't help them.  We know its crappy to do this but, if you multiply that situation by a thousand occurrences, it amounts to quite a bit of money and time being spent just to tell people that we can't help them - particularly when we have already told them - right up front - on the HOME page that we can't help them if they need headers!  Sorry.) 

 

Also - we don't answer "hostile" Emails - if you don't like what we're saying or doing, vent somewhere else!  (OR - maybe you should get another hobby?!)

We are closed Friday through Sunday and major Holidays with intermediate days closed to create longer weekends - i.e. If July 4th falls on a Tuesday we would probably be closed on Monday to create a 4 day weekend.  Our phone machine only GIVES messages - it does not RECORD messages (sorry!).

Because we're MOVING our shop from south Minneapolis to just outside a small town (Hamburg, MN) that is 45 miles away, you may find us, at times,
hard to reach as we can be in transit between the two locations.  Thank you
for your patience if this happens.

FAX:

 

We no longer have a separate FAX line so you will have to call us and let us set up one of our ALL-IN-ONE printers to receive your FAX.

We gave up on the separate FAX line after receiving literally HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of FAXES about trips, loans, you name it - literally using up toner and ink jet cartridges and way too much paper.  All that waste on top of having to READ EVERYTHING! ! ! ! !  It doesn't seem to be important anymore as we receive attachments to e-mails that work fine.  Hope this explains this situation.
